Geeky at Work: Euphemisms for Polka Dots

    bun

I had to take a picture of myself with my favorite tech items of 2012 for Apartment Therapy this week and let me tell you - I had a moment where I wondered if anyone would take me seriously with so many freaking circular dottitudes going on in one outfit…

(I cropped out the polka dot tights… I think that was a good call.)

From fandom to fashion, when I love something, I really love it. There’s no such thing as “liking” polka dottage around here. I like-like that shit.

    Here’s what I’m wearing:

    • LOFT Zipper Cardigan ($54.50)
    • J. Crew Factory Printed Cotton Dot Popover ($34.50)
    • J. Crew Bubble Necklace (Varies by color)
    • iPhone 5 with 221B Case ($35)
    • Theory Rita Skirt ($79 - On sale!)

    Makeup:

    • Urban Decay Naked Eyeshadows ($50)
    • Nars Blush - Super Orgasm ($28)
    • Smashbox Limitless Eyeliner - Black ($18)
    • Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm - Plum ($8)
